• Team with hospitals, ASCs and/or private practice groups to develop effective staffing models and related stipend support budgets
• Assist groups in development of proposals in responses to FRI and RFP
• Upon request, attend practice director meetings, prepare reporting packages related to financial reporting, staffing and RCM performance
• Provide guidance in seeking and evaluating business opportunities for group
• Coordinate business management functions of the group including HR, health and malpractice insurance, information technology and legal assistance to manage these costs effectively
• Assist group with meeting all QCDR requirements with facilities and payers

• Analyze and report financial performance, income statements, cash flow statements and projections, budget formation and performance reporting, (actual vs budget)
• Budget development and forecasting
• Establish banking relationships for lockbox utilization
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside accounting and/or audit firms
• Coordinate payroll processing either internally or with external firms to ensure appropriate accounting for salary, overtime, pre/post call payment and incentive programs

API’s Managing Members have overseen the successful transition and integration of anesthesia billing services for over 20years.
