Transitioned 150 plus provider group from in-house management to outsourced management and billing services for a major hospital on the west coast
Developed a strategy and partnered with a major Boston based college to develop a nationally renowned CRNA program
Designed, built, licensed and managed an ASC for pain management services
Started de novo anesthesia programs for anesthesia groups owned by large GI practices
Created a recruiting function which successfully procured hundreds of providers across the country
Created a single anesthesia entity to service a 10 hospital system
Established a technology subsidiary which developed best in-class electronic record for anesthesia
Established a captive insurance company for a large multi-hospital anesthesia practice
Assisted major California hospital system in transitioning private practice group to hospital-based Foundation, and provided management and RCM services to the new group
Evaluated anesthesia group (100 providers) on behalf of their multi-hospital system and worked with hospital system to establish group with new leadership and care team model.
